Once we know your property criteria, we will deliver prospective property e-mail alerts to you from the Wilmington Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of all available properties in the appropriate locales, whenever they are added to the Wilmington Regional MLS. This service saves you hours of scanning the Internet to try to keep abreast of new listings that fit your criteria.
Whenever new properties are listed by Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty agents we receive early notification, often before the listings are posted to the Multiple Listing Service. We'll pass along to you news of  any listings that we know fit your criteria, giving you a market advantage over other buyers,
